March, Rally, Speak out!!! That is one of the many reasons I love America!!! We can do that!!!

At the end of the day though, what are we going to do after the march is over? After the rally is done? How do we choose to live and love?

Family, neighbors, co-workers, standing in line at the coffee shop, grocery store, schools, business, random people we find ourselves next to?

Will we stop? Will we  slow down and see? Will we really listen?
It’s a Choice, everyday, every moment, to be present and love the one in front of us, no matter who they are, what they believe, what their sexual orientation is, if they are Christian, Muslim, Buddhist, Hindu, atheist, male, female, young or old.

It is a choice.

A moment by moment decision, to love the one in front of you.  How do we love the one?
A challenge for all of us; is to believe that that one person, who’s in front of you, no matter who they are, is the one you are to see and love- One person at a time, one moment at a time, one smile at a time, one pause at a time.

Marches will come and go. Rallies will come and go. But I believe in the everyday; one minute at a time, one person at at time.

I have a choice to pause, see, hear, and embrace….
